Commission Info & T.O.S

By commissioning me you are acknowledging and agreeing with the terms listed belowGeneral Terms
- Prices are subject to change based on complexity, discussed before the commission is accepted.
- Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason.Payment
- All payments unless otherwise discussed are made in USD via PayPal.
- Commissions are to be paid 100% upfront after I have accepted.
- Any commissions done by me are not to be used in any way until payment is complete.Process & Delivery
- The time it takes to finish a commission can vary, unless a timeframe is otherwise discussed it is not expected for me to finish it by a certain date.
- You are welcome to contact me for updates however constant pressuring will not be tolerated.
- To begin with I will ask for a general idea of what is being commissioned, the more information/inspiration you provide me with, the better. After this I will check in with you throughout the process, to make sure the work is accurate to what you are requesting. (Frequency may vary depending on progress and type of commission)
- If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I may charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the complexity of the edit you want me to make.Copyright & UsageI, Eru (paw.eru) the artist:
- Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
- Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
- You may NOT claim the artwork as your own work.Cancellation & Refund policy
- If the buyer cancels/requests a refund once work on the commission has been started, the fee is 50% of the commission's price.
If for any reason I, the artist, am unable to complete your commission you will receive a full refund.
- Requesting a refund on PayPal is not permitted, if I need to send/return any money I will do so separately.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations and these terms, in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.Any and all artwork created by me are subject to the terms outlined above, unless specifically agreed upon otherwise.
